A native of Henderson County, Brittany is passionate about her community. With a background in place marketing, Brittany started with the Partnership in 2010 focused on marketing and business recruitment to ensure a sustained industrial base in Henderson County. When she is not marketing Henderson County, she is enjoying the many natural assets the region has to offer, traveling to new spaces, enjoying a show and spending time with family and friends.

Victoria Todd

Director of Marketing

Victoria hails from the small town of Lenoir, NC. She holds degrees in both Marketing and Graphic Design. Prior to The Partnership, Victoria worked in manufacturing and retail management. After work, she is an amateur gardner and avid reader and enjoys chasing her toddler around while renovating her 1960’s ranch home with her husband.

Blake Moyer

Director of Industry Relations

Born in Northwest Pennsylvania but raised in Burlington, NC, Blake calls NC home and is grateful to be in Western NC. Blake studied History at Methodist University and then attended UNCG, where he received his Master of Public Affairs degree. Before coming to the Partnership, Blake worked in Burlington’s Economic Development Department, performing economic development work in his hometown. Blake spends his free time playing soccer, hiking and kayaking the great outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, and hanging out with his wife, and their dog.

Emily Martin

Director of Business Development

Emily is a native of Upstate South Carolina who has been in North Carolina for almost ten years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brevard College and a Master in Public Administration from Clemson University. Prior to The Partnership, she worked in statewide economic development and for the Brevard/Transylvania Chamber of Commerce. After work, she enjoys everything that Western North Carolina has to offer with her husband and dog – from hiking and floating the river to great beer and live music.
