In 2020, The Partnership worked with Creative Economic Development Consulting to update its Strategic Plan and establish new organizational focus and priorities. The plan identified six target markets best suited for Henderson County, based on local assets and compatibility with existing businesses. These markets help shape The Partnership’s existing industry, workforce, and product development strategies. In addition, most of Henderson County’s labor force are made up of these markets, providing a strong foundation for strategic development of new and existing businesses.
